We are a locally owned and administered company in Norman. Founded on the bones of Norman Computer Hospital, with a 14 year history in the local IT industry, we founded NCH Network Services and business format to better serve our business clients with a more stable offering for their IT needs. Our retail location is on West Lindsey in Norman with operating hours 8-6 Monday through Friday. We have a wide range of parts inhouse, including most computer and networking hardware.
Having been faced with many IT emergencies, we believe we have a better method for dealing with IT needs. Using proven business assessment and needs analyses, coupled with remote monitoring, proactive maintenance, planning, and offsite backup, we can provide businesses with a stable, secure, IT environment and controlled, affordable costs.
Our staff has, collectively, over 50 years experience in IT. We bring a widely varied background of skill sets to bear on our clients issues; including, but not limited to: Full network design and configuration, design, installation and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Small Business Server Standard/Premium, Windows Server2003, VPN, website design and maintenance, custom built hardware for servers and workstations. We include hardware repair on servers, workstations, printers and laptops, all performed inhouse. All technical staff has, at a minimum, A+ certifications. Additional certifications include: Microsoft: MCP, MCSA, MCSE , Small Business Specialist; as well as numerous HP laser printer certifications; HP workstation & laptop certifications. We are also skilled at installing cable.
